Tasty lozenges, that also make a great sugar alternative. Add a lozenge to hot water, and sweeten a tea. Manuka honey is derived from the flower nectar of the New Zealand Manuka tree (Leptospermum scoparium; sometimes called the New Zealand tea tree because it's related to the commonly known Australian tea tree plant, Melaleuca alternifolia, from which the strongly antiseptic essential oil is derived). Manuka honey has a reputation for being a strongly antibacterial and anti-inflammatory honey. These throat soothing lozenges are made of 90% pure manuka honey and contain no added sugar or synthetic additives. Naturally flavoured with lemon.
